Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage VIP travel arrangements from booking to completion
- Provide exceptional airport handling services including meet-and-greet, baggage assistance, and expedited security clearance
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for all VIP client information and travel details
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements in all travel operations
- Handle unexpected travel disruptions and implement contingency plans with minimal client impact
- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences
- Monitor flight schedules and proactively communicate any changes to VIP clients
- Maintain detailed records of all travel arrangements and client preferences
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years experience in travel management or airport handling services
- Proven track record in providing VIP concierge services with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of airport operations, security protocols, and travel regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with high-profile clients
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and emergency scenarios
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
- Proficiency in travel management software and reservation systems
