The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing daily cash positions, executing financial transactions, and implementing treasury strategies that support our long-term growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cash flow operations, including monitoring bank balances and executing fund transfers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.
- Forecast cash requirements and identify potential financial risks to the organization.
- Supervise the treasury team to ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
- Prepare comprehensive treasury reports for management regarding liquidity, currency risks, and investment performance.
- Oversee bank account administration, including account opening, closing, and signatory management.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of treasury processes and financial software implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a treasury or corporate finance role.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, liquidity management, and financial forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
