PT Scg Barito Logistics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Truck Maintenance Jr Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Cilegon. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining our high standards of fleet operational excellence, ensuring our trucks are safe, reliable, and road-ready to support our logistics network.
You will oversee daily maintenance operations, guide a team of technicians, and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily maintenance and repair activities for the truck fleet to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement and monitor comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules (PMS) for all vehicles.
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanics and technicians, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Coordinate with procurement for spare parts inventory management and cost-effective purchasing.
- Analyze fleet performance data to identify recurring mechanical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure full compliance with transportation safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Prepare accurate technical reports regarding vehicle downtime, repair costs, and maintenance logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in heavy vehicle/truck maintenance or fleet management.
- Strong technical knowledge of truck engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a technical team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer-based fleet maintenance management systems (FMMS) and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to be based in Cilegon and work flexible hours as required by operational needs.
