Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the trucking fleet to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor driver performance, attendance, and compliance with traffic and safety regulations.
- Coordinate regular vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all trucks meet safety standards.
- Track and optimize fuel consumption and route efficiency to reduce operational costs.
- Handle administrative documentation, including trip manifests, delivery logs, and fuel reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for driver inquiries and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to align fleet capacity with shipping demands.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Fleet Officer, Dispatcher, or similar role in the logistics/transportation industry.
- Strong knowledge of trucking operations and transport regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage driver teams effectively.
- Proficient in using fleet management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be based in Semarang, Central Java.
