Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and coordinate daily trucking schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and optimize route efficiency to minimize fuel consumption and transportation costs.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and warehouse staff to resolve operational bottlenecks in real-time.
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle maintenance, driver assignments, and delivery performance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and transport standards across all routes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on fleet productivity and delivery metrics for management review.
- Troubleshoot logistics issues and provide proactive solutions to prevent delivery delays.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in trucking operations, fleet planning, or logistics coordination.
- Strong geographical knowledge of Jakarta and surrounding regions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and logistics management software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to communicate in English is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a contract-based capacity with a flexible approach to operational requirements.
