- Create and process cash advance requests for drivers
- Plan and optimize truck routes for efficient delivery
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries

- Assist in resolving logistical issues and delays
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on transportation activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in route planning software and office applications
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
