PT Fortis Pro Construct is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tukang Cat Duco to join our professional construction and finishing team in Jakarta Utara. As a specialist in Duco painting, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality surface finishes for furniture, interior architectural elements, and premium construction projects. We pride ourselves on precision and craftsmanship, and we are looking for a professional who takes immense pride in their work.
In this role, you will work with advanced spraying equipment, handle various types of coatings, and ensure that every surface meets our rigorous quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, deep knowledge of wood and metal surface preparation, and the ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional-grade Duco spraying on furniture, panels, and architectural components.
- Execute proper surface preparation, including sanding, filling, and priming to ensure a smooth base.
- Operate and maintain spray guns, compressors, and sanding equipment in a clean and safe condition.
- Ensure uniform color application and professional-grade lacquer or topcoat finishes.
- Conduct quality inspections on finished surfaces to ensure they are free of dust, runs, or bubbles.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to manage production workflows and meet project timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent contamination during the painting process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Duco painter or professional furniture finisher.
- Deep understanding of different paint types, thinners, hardeners, and wood finishing techniques.
- Ability to demonstrate high-level technical skills in operating spray painting tools.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in a workshop environment.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetic consistency and color matching.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a technical team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Jakarta Utara.
