In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our production planning operations. You will be responsible for balancing supply and demand to ensure seamless production cycles, optimizing inventory levels, and driving operational excellence across our upstream processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and plant operations, to ensure we meet our market commitments while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and safety.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure 100% service level adherence.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to manage raw material availability in alignment with production timelines.
- Analyze production capacity, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose mitigation strategies to maintain workflow continuity.
- Monitor and report on key production metrics, including schedule attainment, downtime, and throughput efficiency.
- Collaborate with shop floor supervisors to adjust schedules dynamically in response to equipment availability or supply chain disruptions.
- Optimize inventory levels of work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods to balance storage constraints with supply stability.
- Lead weekly production planning meetings to communicate schedules, volume targets, and resource requirements to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, or Supply Chain roles, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- In-depth understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing environment and manage shifting priorities.
- Willingness to be based in Simalungun, Sumatera Utara.
