Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes specific to mining production units.
- Analyze production costs and profitability reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Monitor the financial performance of mining operations against set targets and provide regular performance reviews to management.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance reports.
- Collaborate with production managers to ensure that financial constraints do not hinder operational efficiency and safety standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with local financial regulations and internal company policies regarding production expenditures.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and financial proposals for new mining projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the mining, quarrying, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis principles.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to present financial findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of accuracy.
