Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for US-based roles.
- Utilize Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various professional platforms to build robust candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability, cultural fit, and technical alignment.
- Manage candidate flow within our ATS, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate closely with internal hiring managers to understand role requirements and adjust search tactics accordingly.
- Maintain a high level of candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle to enhance employer branding.
- Provide regular reporting on sourcing metrics, including conversion rates and pipeline health.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sourcer, Technical Recruiter, or Recruitment Coordinator, ideally focusing on the US market.
- Strong understanding of US employment trends, time zones, and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, suitable for engaging with US-based professionals.
- Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, output-driven environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong drive to hit and exceed recruitment KPIs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously.
