Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming inquiries from US-based telecommunications customers through chat or email channels.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate, timely, and professional solutions.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in our internal CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and peers to ensure all performance targets and KPIs are met.
  • Adhere to security and data privacy policies when handling sensitive customer information.
  • Contribute to team meetings and process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain product knowledge to provide up-to-date information regarding services and billing.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Senior High School graduate; college experience is a plus.
  • Strong written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, and tone).
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in an onsite environment in San Fernando, Pampanga.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proven ability to remain calm and professional while managing multiple inquiries.
  • Previous BPO experience is preferred but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
