Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming inquiries from US-based telecommunications customers through chat or email channels.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate, timely, and professional solutions.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in our internal CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team leaders and peers to ensure all performance targets and KPIs are met.
- Adhere to security and data privacy policies when handling sensitive customer information.
- Contribute to team meetings and process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain product knowledge to provide up-to-date information regarding services and billing.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Senior High School graduate; college experience is a plus.
- Strong written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, and tone).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work in an onsite environment in San Fernando, Pampanga.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional while managing multiple inquiries.
- Previous BPO experience is preferred but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
