Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and update comprehensive training curricula for US healthcare processes including Utilization Management and Claims Adjudication.
- Facilitate end-to-end training sessions for new hires, ensuring all participants achieve required competency levels.
- Manage the 'nesting' phase of training, providing real-time feedback and clinical guidance to trainees.
- Conduct regular training needs analysis (TNA) to identify performance gaps and implement targeted remedial programs.
- Liaise with US-based clients to align training materials with evolving clinical guidelines and medical necessity criteria.
- Maintain detailed records of trainee performance, assessment scores, and certification status.
- Ensure 100% compliance with HIPAA regulations and data privacy standards during all training activities.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to calibrate training outcomes with operational performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Must hold an active and unrestricted US Registered Nurse (USRN) license (Single State or Compact).
- Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse in the Philippines (PH-RN) with a valid PRC ID.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting or 1 year of experience as a Trainer in a Healthcare BPO environment.
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare standards, including URAC and NCQA guidelines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to facilitate complex technical and clinical training modules to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup at our Mall of Asia office and accommodate various shifts as required.
