PERSOL is currently partnering with a leading manufacturing client in Bekasi, West Java, to recruit a highly motivated Utility and Maintenance Operator. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of industrial utility systems and performing essential maintenance tasks to keep production lines running at peak efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, operate, and maintain industrial utility equipment, including air compressors, chillers, HVAC, and water treatment systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plant machinery to prevent unplanned downtime.
- Perform timely troubleshooting and repairs for electrical and mechanical system malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate logs of utility consumption and maintenance activities according to company standards.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and factory safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine performance and energy efficiency.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and provide technical support during production shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a Maintenance or Utility Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and circuit diagrams.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for industrial repair.
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Willing to work on a contract basis and available for shift work in Bekasi.
