Are you an experienced engineering professional with a passion for operational excellence? Talentvis is currently seeking a highly skilled Utility & Project Manager to join our manufacturing facility in Probolinggo. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind the seamless operation of our factory's utility systems, facility maintenance, and strategic engineering projects.
As our Utility & Project Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure our production environment remains safe, efficient, and fully compliant with industry standards. You will oversee critical infrastructure, manage capital expenditure projects, and implement sustainable energy solutions to optimize our manufacturing performance. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with deep technical expertise and a proven track record in heavy industrial or garment manufacturing environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of all utility systems, including boilers, compressors, HVAC, water treatment, and electrical substations.
- Manage end-to-end facility engineering projects, from initial design and budgeting to execution and commissioning.
- Ensure 100% compliance with national health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and internal factory standards.
- Implement proactive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifecycle of plant machinery.
- Optimize energy consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities through process improvement and infrastructure upgrades.
- Coordinate with production heads to ensure that utility delivery aligns with manufacturing throughput targets.
- Manage external vendors, contractors, and service level agreements to ensure high-quality service delivery at competitive costs.
- Develop and mentor the facility engineering team to build technical capability and operational resilience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in facility management or utility operations, preferably within the garment or textile manufacturing sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial power distribution, compressed air systems, and water treatment technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including budget oversight (Capex) and contractor management.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is a plus).
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing technical teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Fluent in Indonesian and professional English to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
