Etana Biotechnologies Indonesia is a rapidly growing biopharmaceutical company dedicated to improving global health through innovation and advanced manufacturing. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Utility Supervisor to join our dynamic facility operations team in Jakarta.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless operation of our production utility systems. Reporting directly to the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily performance, maintenance, and optimization of critical plant utilities, including HVAC, water treatment, steam generation, and electrical distribution. You will serve as a key technical resource, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve facility issues and implementing process improvements to drive operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations and maintenance activities for all utility systems (Chiller, Boiler, Air Compressor, WFI, HVAC, and Electrical systems).
- Assist the Manager in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Ensure all utility equipment performance meets GMP, safety, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical malfunctions promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Manage and lead a team of technicians, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on utility consumption, system reliability, and maintenance expenditure.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and service upgrades.
- Implement and maintain preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifecycle and optimize efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in utility management within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or high-standard manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and facility safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage technical projects and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process optimization and cost management.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency troubleshooting situations.
