As a Utility Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the seamless operation of our production and distribution facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that all utility equipment—including electrical systems, HVAC, water treatment, and compressed air systems—operates at peak efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of utility equipment including compressors, chillers, boilers, and water pumps.
- Monitor and record utility consumption data to identify trends and improve energy efficiency.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical breakdowns rapidly to minimize production downtime.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules in compliance with company SOPs and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on utility system upgrades and facility expansion projects.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all work areas are maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition in accordance with GMP and HSE standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial facility maintenance, ideally within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, PLC controls, and industrial utility hardware.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
- Proficiency in performing root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to ISO/HACCP standards.
- Willingness to work in shifts and provide support during emergency call-outs.
