Cimory Group, a leading name in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a skilled and proactive Utility Technician to join our manufacturing facility in Kabupaten Semarang. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of critical utility systems that power our production lines.
In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the integrity of our infrastructure, including water treatment, power distribution, compressed air systems, and cooling units. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, monitor, and maintain plant utility equipment including boilers, compressors, chillers, and water treatment systems.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure optimal machine performance and reduce downtime.
- Conduct prompt troubleshooting and emergency repairs on mechanical and electrical utility systems.
- Monitor utility consumption metrics and assist in identifying energy-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure utility availability meets manufacturing schedules.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation for all technical inspections and repairs.
- Adhere strictly to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols in all daily tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with utility systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical diagrams, mechanical schematics, and piping systems.
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset and technical aptitude.
- Physically fit and capable of working in shifts or on-call rotations when required.
- Reside in or willing to be relocated to Kabupaten Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
