In this role, you will be the backbone of our research ecosystem, ensuring our research team has the tools, processes, and data-driven frameworks necessary to deliver world-class user experiences for our financial products.
As a UX Researcher Ops at Kredivo Group, you won't just be collecting data; you will be optimizing the research lifecycle. You will define the protocols that empower our product and design teams to understand user pain points, preferences, and behaviors at scale. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain internal research processes to increase efficiency across the UX team.
- Manage end-to-end participant recruitment, screening, and scheduling for various research studies.
- Oversee the maintenance of the UX research repository to ensure insights are easily accessible and actionable for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data) to prioritize research needs based on business objectives.
- Establish standards for research documentation, data security, and compliance.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to provide actionable recommendations for product enhancements.
- Facilitate workshops to socialize research insights and foster a user-first mindset throughout the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HCI, Design, Business, or a related quantitative/qualitative field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in UX Research, Research Operations, or User Experience Design.
- Proven expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency with research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, or similar repositories).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Experience working in the fintech or high-growth technology sector is highly preferred.
