Vantage Automotive is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Vehicle Logistics Assistant to join our team for a fixed-term contract of one year. In this critical role, you will play a key part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that every vehicle is meticulously prepared and maintained before reaching its destination. Your primary focus will be on vehicle readiness, logistics coordination, and maintaining the high standards of quality that Vantage Automotive is known for.
As a Vehicle Logistics Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with the logistics team to coordinate schedules, track shipments, and resolve any operational challenges efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles to ensure they are showroom-ready and meet quality standards.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to identify and document any damages or mechanical issues promptly.
- Coordinate with transport providers to schedule and track vehicle movements, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle status, inventory levels, and delivery logs.
- Assist in the safe loading and unloading of vehicles at various terminals and storage facilities.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients regarding delivery timelines and any logistical changes.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class 3 or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to work in a physically active environment and lift moderate weights as required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or automotive detailing is a plus.
