Are you an expert in fleet management and automotive procurement? MPM Rent, a leader in the Indonesian transportation and vehicle rental industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated Vehicle Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tangerang Selatan. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain, ensuring that our fleet remains operational, high-quality, and cost-effective.
As a Vehicle Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end acquisition process, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and compliance management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify vehicle requirements and accessory needs, ensuring that every asset added to our fleet aligns with our rigorous performance standards and business objectives. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the automotive market and a passion for optimizing operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for company vehicle units and automotive accessories.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and ensure the best value for company investments.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with authorized dealerships and vendors.
- Monitor and manage vendor performance to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports, tracking budget utilization and cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to determine fleet needs and technical specifications.
- Ensure all vehicle procurement documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the automotive or vehicle rental industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing supplier relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Deep understanding of automotive market trends and vehicle specifications.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
