Lionel Jaya Logistic is seeking a proactive Vendor Management Specialist to join our growing team in Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our operations and our third-party logistics partners, ensuring that our supply chain remains resilient, cost-effective, and highly efficient.
As our Vendor Management expert, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our vendor relationships. You won't just be managing contracts; you will be identifying new strategic partners, conducting rigorous performance evaluations, and implementing improvement initiatives that directly impact our service delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, screen, and onboard new logistics vendors to expand our service network.
- Conduct regular performance audits and evaluations to ensure vendors meet KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Negotiate service rates and contractual terms to optimize operational costs while maintaining high quality.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve delivery discrepancies and operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of vendor documentation, certifications, and historical performance records.
- Develop and implement vendor scorecards to track performance trends and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure continuous alignment with shifting operational needs and seasonal demand.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or logistics operations.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost optimization and relationship management.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professional relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset to evaluate complex logistical data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure within a contract-based framework.
