Are you a seasoned logistics professional with a passion for strategic vendor partnerships and supply chain optimization? Our company is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Vendor Management Manager to oversee our logistics network in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the bridge between our operational needs and our external partners, ensuring seamless performance, cost efficiency, and exceptional service levels.
As the Vendor Management Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our vendor relationships. You will negotiate contracts, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our logistics capabilities. The ideal candidate possesses deep market knowledge of the Indonesian logistics landscape and has a proven track record of managing high-stakes vendor contracts in the manufacturing and transport sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive vendor management strategies to ensure operational excellence.
- Negotiate service level agreements (SLAs) and contracts to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze vendor performance metrics, conducting regular business reviews to drive improvements.
- Lead conflict resolution efforts and mitigate supply chain risks associated with third-party providers.
- Collaborate with internal procurement and operations teams to align vendor capabilities with organizational goals.
- Stay abreast of logistics industry trends and market regulations in Indonesia to keep our vendor base competitive.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and corporate governance standards across all vendor operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or logistics operations.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage complex commercial contracts.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in logistics management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
