Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key logistics vendors and service providers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and internal quality standards.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable service delivery.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to expand our logistics network capacity.
- Monitor market trends and supply chain fluctuations to proactively mitigate risks and address potential bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Operations and Finance, to ensure seamless vendor payment and data accuracy.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to optimize overall logistics expenditure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or supplier relationship management within the logistics or manufacturing sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost-saving targets.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in managing large datasets and performance reporting.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail and proficiency in ERP systems or vendor management software.
