Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and select new vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability criteria to support logistics and manufacturing operations.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key vendors to foster long-term partnerships.
- Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting regular reviews and assessments.
- Manage and resolve vendor disputes, service issues, and compliance matters efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all vendor activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and relevant legal requirements.
- Collaborate internally with procurement, operations, and finance teams to align vendor strategies with overall business objectives and needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new vendors, evaluate industry trends, and implement best practices in vendor management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably within the logistics or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation, vendor relationship management, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with vendor management software (VMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a significant advantage.
