Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing logistics vendors and service providers.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against established KPIs, including on-time delivery and service quality.
- Conduct regular negotiations to ensure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms for the company.
- Resolve disputes or service issues promptly to prevent operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of all active and prospective vendors.
- Collaborate with the procurement and finance departments to streamline invoicing and payment processes.
- Identify potential new vendors to improve service coverage and operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on vendor management activities for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or logistics operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Willing to be based in Tangerang, Banten.
