Join Linc Group as a Vendor Management Specialist and become a pivotal force in optimizing our transportation logistics operations. This critical role requires strategic oversight of vendor partnerships to ensure seamless, cost-effective, and timely delivery of transportation services. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align vendor capabilities with business objectives while maintaining rigorous performance standards. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement in vendor relationships, mitigate operational risks, and implement data-driven strategies that enhance supply chain efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and monitor transportation service vendor contracts to ensure compliance with SLAs and performance metrics
- Coordinate vendor selection, onboarding, and relationship management for logistics operations
- Analyze vendor performance data to identify optimization opportunities and cost reduction strategies
- Resolve vendor-related issues through proactive communication and negotiation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive vendor documentation and performance records
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to align vendor services with business needs
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in vendor management processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in vendor management, logistics, or procurement
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills with proven vendor relationship expertise
- Proficiency in ERP systems and vendor management software
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret performance metrics
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP or CPIM) is preferred
