As part of the Shopee team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize vendor workflows, manage contractual SLAs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. You will act as the primary bridge between internal business units and external BPO partners, ensuring that our service standards remain industry-leading while scaling efficiently to meet the demands of a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive vendor management strategies to enhance performance and service delivery standards.
- Monitor and analyze BPO vendor performance metrics (KPIs/SLAs) and lead regular business review sessions.
- Drive operational sustainability by identifying process gaps and implementing corrective actions or performance improvement plans.
- Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including capacity planning, forecasting, and contract compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, Ops, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless vendor integration and policy alignment.
- Lead initiatives for cost optimization and quality enhancement without compromising customer experience.
- Prepare executive reports and data-driven insights to facilitate informed decision-making regarding vendor partnerships.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BPO vendor management, supply chain, or service operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools for performance tracking.
- Proven ability to influence third-party partners and drive accountability in a cross-cultural environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian (both verbal and written).
- Strategic problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing operational risks.
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or high-volume customer service environments is highly preferred.
