Are you an experienced professional in construction cost estimation and vendor oversight? HOKBEN is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Vendor Management Sr Staff to join our team in Jakarta Timur. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our expansion and maintenance projects are executed with cost-efficiency and high-quality standards.
You will be responsible for bridge-building between internal project requirements and external service providers, ensuring that all civil, structural, and architectural works align with our budgetary framework and project timelines. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can optimize project plans and maintain strong relationships with our construction partners.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and estimate detailed unit prices for civil, structural, architectural, and interior construction works.
- Develop and implement project optimization plans to minimize costs while maintaining high quality.
- Conduct regular assessments of vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contract terms and safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to manage tender processes and vendor selection.
- Monitor site progress and verify the accuracy of billing against actual work completion.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project expenditures and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all interior and architectural designs are constructible and budget-aligned.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cost estimation, quantity surveying, or vendor management within the construction or retail industry.
- Proficiency in using project estimation software and Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, building techniques, and market unit pricing in Indonesia.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing construction vendors.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural blueprints accurately.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and ability to travel to project sites when necessary.
