Tanggung Jawab
- Spearhead aggressive acquisition of logistics vendors across key outer-island corridors (Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku, Papua)
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new logistics service providers through rigorous vendor assessment processes
- Negotiate and establish service agreements with vendors to optimize cost structures and service levels
- Develop and maintain strategic vendor relationships ensuring alignment with company operational standards
- Monitor vendor performance through KPI tracking and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify emerging vendor opportunities and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to align vendor services with business requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of vendor management experience in logistics or supply chain industry
- Proven track record in vendor acquisition across Indonesian outer-island regions
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to secure favorable vendor agreements
- Deep understanding of Indonesian logistics market dynamics and regional operational challenges
- Proficiency in vendor assessment frameworks and performance monitoring systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendor relationships simultaneously
