Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize cost and service quality
- Monitor vendor performance through KPI tracking and regular evaluations
- Coordinate with internal teams to align vendor deliverables with operational needs
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through vendor diversification strategies
- Implement vendor management processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify new vendor opportunities and cost-saving measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of vendor management experience in logistics/manufacturing
- Strong negotiation and contract management expertise
- Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and compliance standards
