Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end verification and characterization processes for complex electro-optical components and modules.
- Design, develop, and automate advanced test setups to evaluate device performance against rigorous R&D specifications.
- Analyze multi-dimensional datasets to identify trends, performance limitations, and potential design improvements.
- Maintain and upgrade lab infrastructure, including optical measurement equipment and automated testing platforms.
- Define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product validation and data reporting.
- Collaborate closely with design and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot performance issues and drive root cause analysis (RCA).
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure technical excellence and professional growth within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in electro-optical device characterization and testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW for automated data collection and analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience with lab equipment including spectrometers, optical power meters, oscilloscopes, and source measure units (SMUs).
- Deep understanding of semiconductor physics and optoelectronic device behavior (LEDs, photodiodes, or image sensors).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
