Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular health assessments and preventive care programs for livestock.
- Diagnose and treat animal diseases, ensuring rapid recovery and minimizing economic loss.
- Oversee and manage the quality control of animal feed and nutritional products.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize feeding strategies and nutritional content.
- Investigate and report on outbreaks or abnormalities in animal health to senior management.
- Maintain accurate medical records and laboratory documentation for all animals and batches.
- Provide technical support and training to farm operators regarding best practices in animal husbandry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Animal Science/Animal Husbandry.
- Valid license to practice as a Veterinarian (if applicable to the specific pool role).
- Strong understanding of animal physiology, nutrition, and disease prevention.
- Experience in the agribusiness, feed mill, or livestock industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying schedules.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
