We are currently seeking a passionate and organized Veterinary Assistant and Receptionist to join our clinic. In this dual-role position, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring a welcoming environment, while also providing essential support to our veterinarians during medical procedures.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival, managing the front desk reception efficiently.
- Answer phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and process payments accurately.
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and dental procedures by providing restraint and equipment preparation.
- Monitor the health and behavior of hospitalized or recovering animals, reporting any changes to the veterinary team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile environment for treatment areas and the reception lobby.
- Handle basic animal grooming and welfare tasks such as feeding and exercising patients.
- Assist in maintaining accurate medical records and patient histories.
Kualifikasi
- Local Candidate: Must be a resident of Malaysia.
- Animal Lover: Comfortable working directly with animals and pets in a clinical setting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with pet owners and the medical team.
- Attitude: Positive, reliable, and willing to work full-time hours.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
