Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the veterinarian during routine consultations, examinations, and minor surgical procedures.
- Manage front-desk operations, including appointment scheduling, client registration, and handling inquiries via phone and email.
- Perform basic pet grooming services, including bathing, brushing, and nail trimming.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized clinic environment to ensure patient safety.
- Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and treatment rooms.
- Provide compassionate post-operative care and monitor recovering animals.
- Manage inventory and restock medical supplies as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience or a strong interest in working within a veterinary or animal care setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Physically fit and comfortable handling various breeds of dogs and cats.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
