As a Field Technician, you will serve as a vital link between our cutting-edge pharmaceutical products and the farmers who rely on them. You will work in the field, providing technical support, conducting farm evaluations, and ensuring that our solutions are implemented effectively to maximize health outcomes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine field visits to livestock farms to assess animal health and hygiene standards.
- Provide technical consultation to farmers regarding the proper application and dosage of Medion veterinary products.
- Collect field data and report on product performance and market feedback to the internal development team.
- Educate farm staff on best practices for disease prevention and livestock management.
- Identify potential field issues and provide prompt, expert troubleshooting to farmers.
- Assist in the execution of technical seminars and workshops for our valued clients.
- Maintain comprehensive records of field activities and client interactions in the company CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a field-based role, preferably within the veterinary or animal health industry.
- Strong understanding of livestock management, immunology, and pharmacology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with farmers and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia as required by the business.
- Proficiency in local language (Bahasa Indonesia) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- High level of integrity, independence, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
