Tanggung Jawab
- Assist veterinarians during clinical examinations, diagnostic procedures, and surgical operations.
- Prepare surgical equipment, anesthesia machines, and patient monitoring tools for procedures.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as directed by the veterinary staff.
- Provide compassionate nursing care, including feeding, grooming, and monitoring the recovery of hospitalized animals.
- Collect and process laboratory samples, such as blood, urine, and fecal matter for testing.
- Educate pet owners on post-operative care, nutrition, and preventative health strategies.
- Maintain high standards of clinic hygiene and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Manage patient records and handle administrative intake tasks with accuracy and empathy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certification in Veterinary Nursing or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital environment.
- Deep passion for animal welfare and a professional, calm demeanor under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with pet owners and clinic staff.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to the urgent demands of a busy veterinary practice.
- Proficiency in basic animal handling and restraint techniques.
- Strong attention to detail regarding medical documentation and hygiene standards.
