Mogul Burger is currently looking for a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team in Medan as a Viar Driver & Purchasing Staff. In this dual-role position, you will be the backbone of our daily logistics and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our kitchen has the necessary ingredients and materials delivered promptly, while maintaining our fleet of Viar vehicles in top condition.
The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, physically fit, and possesses a strong knowledge of Medan's local streets. If you have experience in operational logistics and enjoy a fast-paced work environment, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Operate a Viar motor vehicle safely and efficiently for daily delivery tasks.
- Manage the procurement process by purchasing daily operational ingredients from local markets/suppliers.
- Ensure all goods purchased meet company quality and freshness standards.
- Maintain records of daily expenses and report them accurately to the management.
- Perform basic maintenance checks on the Viar vehicle to ensure operational readiness.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely arrival of supplies.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols while operating company vehicles.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C).
- Proven experience in operating a Viar or similar three-wheeled motorized vehicle.
- Strong knowledge of the Medan area, including market locations and main transport routes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of inventory.
- Honest, disciplined, and possessing high integrity in handling company finances.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early morning market trips.
