Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic credit risk assessment for corporate clients across multiple industries
- Develop and implement robust credit policies aligned with regulatory requirements
- Manage a high-value credit portfolio with exposure exceeding SGD 2 billion
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure complex financing solutions
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within credit operations
- Mentor senior credit analysts and foster team excellence
- Present credit decisions to executive committees and board members
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business with 12+ years' banking experience
- Proven track record in credit risk management within CIB or corporate banking
- FRM/CFA designation or equivalent professional certification
- Deep expertise in Singaporean banking regulations and MAS guidelines
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in credit modeling tools
- Experience leading multicultural teams in matrixed organizations
- Strong network of corporate banking relationships in APAC region
