- Lead end-to-end operational lifecycle of digital assets including blockchain transactions, cryptocurrency settlements, and custody solutions
- Develop and implement robust operational frameworks ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation
- Oversee digital asset reconciliation, settlement processes, and exception management protocols
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability of digital asset platforms
- Collaborate with technology teams to integrate emerging blockchain solutions into existing infrastructure
- Manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships to optimize operational performance
- Establish performance metrics and continuous improvement programs for digital asset operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in financial operations with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in digital assets, blockchain technology, or cryptocurrency operations
- Deep understanding of financial regulations (MAS, FCA, SEC) and compliance frameworks
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities with track record of driving transformation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to assess operational risks and opportunities
- Experience managing teams in fast-paced financial technology environments
