Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute innovative video concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives
- Plan, film, and edit high-quality short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
- Optimize video content for platform-specific algorithms and audience engagement patterns
- Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategy and maximize reach/conversion
- Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure visual consistency across all digital assets
- Stay current with video production trends and industry best practices
- Manage video asset library and maintain organized production workflows
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Digital Media, Film Production, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of professional video creation and editing experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro
- Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form video success in food/beverage industry
- Expert understanding of social media platform algorithms and content strategies
- Excellent storytelling skills with ability to translate culinary concepts into engaging visuals
- Basic graphic design knowledge for thumbnail and overlay creation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines
