Tanggung Jawab
- Produce and edit high-quality video content for digital campaigns, social media, and client deliverables
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop storyboards and translate concepts into compelling visual narratives
- Manage video projects from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
- Optimize video formats for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) while maintaining brand consistency
- Apply color grading, motion graphics, and audio enhancement techniques to elevate production value
- Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and emerging video technologies
- Coordinate with graphic designers and copywriters to ensure cohesive multimedia campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Digital Arts, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience with a portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of storytelling principles, visual composition, and narrative pacing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in collaborative environments
