Wola Design Studio is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Production Assistant to join our growing team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bringing our creative visions to life through high-quality video content. While the primary focus will be on video editing and post-production, we are looking for a candidate who also possesses a solid understanding of the broader video production workflow. You will work closely with directors and producers to ensure the final output meets our high standards for visual storytelling and technical excellence. We value creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble raw footage into a cohesive, polished final product using industry-standard editing software.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and translate them into visual narratives.
- Manage the post-production workflow, including organizing files, color grading, and sound design.
- Perform basic motion graphics and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Assist in the production process when needed to support the overall workflow.
- Stay updated on the latest video editing trends and techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in video editing and post-production (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of video production workflows, from pre-production to delivery.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for color and pacing.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
- A passion for storytelling and visual media.
