Bida Sales Inc. is looking for a creative and highly motivated Videographer & Content Creator to join our growing team in South Caloocan. In this role, you will be the creative heartbeat of our brand, handling the end-to-end production of high-impact digital content.
You will play a critical role in shaping our brand identity, from conceptualizing viral social media clips to producing polished, professional campaigns that drive engagement. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays ahead of current content trends, and has the technical skill to turn raw footage into compelling stories.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various social media platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Conceptualize creative video hooks and scripts that align with our brand marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas that boost audience engagement and conversion.
- Manage the end-to-end production process, including lighting, sound, recording, and post-production editing.
- Optimize content for different platforms, ensuring the correct aspect ratios, formats, and trending audio are applied.
- Maintain an organized library of raw footage, project files, and final assets for future use.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital media trends and implement best practices to improve channel performance.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Videographer, Content Creator, or similar creative role (a strong portfolio of work is required).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Solid understanding of camera equipment, basic lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual composition and pacing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to South Caloocan, Metro Manila.
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn abstract ideas into engaging visual content.
