Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, film, and edit engaging video content for various social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm fresh concepts and visual storytelling ideas.
- Manage end-to-end video production, including set preparation, lighting, sound, and camera operation.
- Execute professional-grade post-production work, including color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and creative best practices.
- Maintain and organize equipment, studio assets, and raw footage libraries.
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and project timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Communication, or a related creative field.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating strong video production and editing skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and audio recording techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and meet tight project deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube is a significant advantage.
