- Conceptualize, film, and edit shortform videos for various brand partners
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop video content aligned with campaign objectives
- Operate professional camera equipment and lighting setups for optimal video quality
- Perform post-production editing including color correction, audio enhancement, and motion graphics
- Ensure all video content meets brand guidelines and maintains consistent visual style
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into video production
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Review and approve final video content before delivery to clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in videography and video editing (2-3 years preferred)
- Proficiency with professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles and camera techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high production standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Portfolio demonstrating previous video production and editing work
