We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Videographer & Photographer to elevate our brand's visual presence. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-quality multimedia content that resonates with our audience. You will manage the entire lifecycle of visual assets, from pre-production planning and on-site shooting to post-production editing and final delivery. If you are passionate about capturing moments, telling stories through lenses, and possess a strong technical understanding of multimedia editing, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photography content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Manage the entire post-production workflow, including color grading, sound design, and graphic overlays using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm visual concepts, storyboards, and shooting angles that align with project goals.
- Operate professional camera equipment, lighting rigs, and audio gear to ensure optimal image and sound quality.
- Create and maintain a professional portfolio of work demonstrating technical proficiency and artistic vision.
- Edit raw footage into polished, cohesive videos that are engaging, concise, and optimized for user retention.
- Assist in the creation of motion graphics and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Videographer, Photographer, or Multimedia Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and image editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques, camera operation, and audio recording.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus.
