Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and present menus with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Clean and reset tables between courses and after service to maintain hygiene and aesthetic standards.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding menu items, ingredients, and hotel facilities.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and process payments.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a similar F&B service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests quickly.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
