Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily factory operations ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate production teams while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment upgrades to minimize downtime
- Monitor inventory levels and supply chain logistics to ensure seamless production flow
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on quality control and compliance matters
- Prepare operational reports and present performance metrics to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing leadership with 3+ years in deputy/factory management roles
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven experience in team management and developing talent within production environments
- Advanced knowledge of safety regulations and industrial compliance standards
- Proficient in production planning, inventory control, and cost management systems
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and KPIs
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
