Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation.
- Ensure accurate recording of all goods inward and outward in the company system.
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Perform regular stock-taking and inventory reconciliation to maintain system integrity.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.
- Monitor and update warehouse filing systems to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support the warehouse supervisor in managing inbound and outbound shipping schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse administration or inventory control.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
