Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and documentation
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inventory levels, operational metrics, and compliance
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to synchronize supply chain activities
- Implement and maintain quality control standards for warehouse operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse administration or inventory management
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with ability to optimize operational workflows
- Fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is an advantage
